Tips to Relieve Digital Eye Strain
Working for long periods on the computer can produce eye strain, blurry vision, red eyes, and other symptoms. For the under 40 age group, maintaining sharp focus can be a challenge when eyes have to constantly focus back and forth from the keyboard and screen.
